Reducing Wii demand is evident by Nintendo recent sales figures but it seems the decreasing demand has hit harder to Ninty’s parts suppliers. Japanese business daily, Nikkei is reporting that Mitsumi Electric and Hosiden Corp. have forecasted a steep 50 percent fall in profits due to Nintendo cutting down on production to adjust the Wii demand/supply.

Although highly unlikely, the current situation can be improved provided Nintendo comes out with a successor or an upgrade early next year.
