Watch phones are the newest fad. We’ve already seen devices from LG as well as Samsung but here is a new entrant who not only claims to have the smallest watch, it is one of the cheapest, considering LG’s GD910 and Samsung S9110 prices.

Despite being small, the W Phone from Kemplar & Strauss packs a touchscreen display, music player, Bluetooth, 4GB internal memory with microSD card slot, camera with video record and games. The W Phone supports GSM bands and will be sold unlocked for just $199.
