Spotted at the Vodafone booth in IFA last week, LG has gone official with its first Android device, the GW620. Though the full phone details are still awaited, they’ve confirmed that the phone has been created from ground up to take advantage of the Android OS and features a sliding QWERTY keyboard, 3-inch touchscreen, 5MP camera. Additionally, the phone boasts out-of-the-box social networking functions.
The LG-GW620 is scheduled to launch in fourth quarter this year in selected European markets.

LG Etna is so cool! But I hope phone companies can invent a phone that has the ability to translate English to foreign languages.

If big V doesn’t announce an android soon I’m dropping them like a bad habit. It’s getting painful seeing every other carrier and market getting android love.
