NEC has added a 23-inch monitor to its MultiSync line. The EA231WMi boasts interesting additions like the inclusion of DisplayPort and use of IPS panel that are superior to conventional TFT panels. The monitor has a 16:9 aspect ratio supporting full HD resolution, VGA/DVI connectivity, four USB 2.0 ports, 4-way adjustable stand, speakers, headphone jack, ambient light sensor, one-touch Eco mode and Carbon footprint meter to track carbon savings.

The EA231WMi will be available from this month at a price of $379.
