We do know about iPod Touch’s next powerpacked feature and here is a source of Wired claiming the same thing along with another extra yet nifty feature. According to him, Chinese OEMs for Apple products are already producing the next gen iPod Touch fitted with a camera and a microphone.
The second generation of iPod Touch hovered around the fun part and it will not be surprising if Apple transforms the third generation into a fully blown entertainment device.
So when can we expect this? The source claims its bound to arrive sometime in two or three months, which looks plausible since the previous generations have gone on sale around the same time.

I wanted a Iphone for a long time, I could not justify paying an extra $50 a month for what I pay for my current service (T-Mobile). I got the G1 instead (I love it by the way), my only gripe is that I have no 3G service and the only 3G service is 2+ hours away.
