Someone has resurrected the age old rumor of Apple netbook by adding some new facts (or fiction?). Infotimes, a Taiwanese website has learned that Apple will enter the netbook arena sometime in October. But as we know, Apple disses netbooks and thus, there will be few workarounds for the Apple offering. Firstly, instead of going with the prevailing 10-inch screens, Apple will mostly integrate a 9.7-inch display enabled with touchscreen interface and secondly since Apple won’t compete cheap netbooks, one can expect the Apple tablet to be priced at around $800.

Now, I hope this turns out to be true so we can rest all the Apple netbook blabber once and for all.
