Steve Jobs underwent Liver Transplant, claims WSJ

Wall Street Journal is reporting from an anonymous source that Steve Jobs went through a liver transplant about two months back in April in Tennessee. The report does not mention much with the obvious declined comments from Apple but claims Jobs is recovering well and will return by the end of June as planned.
Steve Jobs was diagnosed with a rare pancreatic cancer in 2004 and even though he was operated successfully, doctors believe such type of cancer can metastasize (spread to other parts of the body) which could have also happened in the case of Jobs.
Earlier this year, Jobs had taken a medical leave “to focus on his health.”
