So Apple claimed iPhone 3G S was the fastest iPhone ever produced but didn’t do the needful to divulge any meaty internal details. Well, guess what, we don’t need it now because T-Mobile Netherlands iPhone 3G S page spurts it out for us. The early rumors were spot on. iPhone 3G S indeed has a 600MHz processor and 256MB RAM.
