Sony Vaio NW Series announced in India [Updated w/ more info]

UPDATE: Only one model, NW31 will be available in India. And the only upgradeable part will be the RAM. Hey, I need faster processor too!
Sony have announced a new life style oriented line for the Indian market dubbed as the Vaio NW series. The 15.5-inch notebooks boast a textured display lid, 2-tone color, chicletized keyboard and a clear touchpad. Under the hood, the notebook is powered by a 2GHz Intel Pentium T4200 processor, 160GB HDD, 2GB RAM, Wi-Fi, HDMI-out, Bluetooth and Windows Vista Home Premium OS.
The NW notebook is also equipped Quick Web Access that instantaneously launches the web browser without booting the OS, has a dedicated ‘Display Off’ button and Vaio bundled software like Picture Motion Browser, Movie Story and MusicBox.
Pricing starts from Rs. 37,990.

Yes, SONY NW is giving a bad deal in India. Look at the US specs and prices. Write to SONY, and others who can influence their decision. Like JP Morgan, their investment bank in US.
