@Naved: You’re being too optimistic about the price. I reckon the price of iPhone 3G will hover around the 22-25k mark.

Sound decent to me. since the actual price of iphone 3g will reduce to 1/2 of Rs30,000 & iphone 3g S will be available in between the range of Rs 30,000 – 33,000. It will be worth spending on iphone 3g S & it open door for every possible range of consumer to use iphone. It will soon be the addiction & iphone 3g will be common. So think bright if you want to be common or above the standerd.

Sounds good! The reason I didn’t buy an iPhone was that I found it too pricey for its worth, but this new version sounds tempting!
