I doubt if anyone knew this but on this day in 1994, Jon von Tetzchner and Geir Ivarsøy wrote the first line of code of a browser we better know as Opera. Fast forward it to now, the Norwegian product has come a long way, effectively found in many devices we use on a day-to-day basis including computers, mobile phones, gaming consoles, cars, set-top boxes.

To celebrate the anniversary, Opera has created a cartoon strip illustrating how it all started. CTO, Håkon Wium Lie shares his foresight for the next 15 years and CEO, Jon Tetzchner will answer questions posted by its users on the Opera blog.
