Asus Eee PC 1000HE introduced in India

Asus’ latest netbook boasting an extended battery life has reached the Indian shores. The Eee PC 1000HE gives about 9.5 hours of continuous usage and integrates the new Intel Atom N280 processor. Rest of the specifications is a regurgitation of the previous Eee PCs with the usual 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Wi-Fi, 1.3MP camera, I/O ports etc. The 1000HE will come in color options of Pearl White, Black, Blue, Gold, Pink and will cost Rs. 24,990 plus the taxes.
