LG X120 gets a price and an easy to remember name

Memorizing model numbers of gadgets is not everyone’s cup of tea. Thus, LG decided to give its X120 netbook, a name of its own which a layman could easily recall. Christened as Ice-Cream netbook, the only ice-creamy thing about this is the soft translucent border which will come in vanilla, lime and cherry flavors.
Couple of highlights as we all know, is the Smart On OS that gives an instant access to web, music, photos, videos, IM without the need to boot the actual OS and Smart Link feature enabling transfer of content from Desktop PC to laptop via a USB cable. Other things it includes is a 10.1-inch screen (1024×576 pixels), 1.6GHz Atom processor, 160GB HDD, 1.3MP camera and much more.
The netbook is priced at KRW 849,000 (about $612) and will reach this month in Asia while 20 more from Europe will get it next month.
