Asus AIRO notebook concept will soon turn into a reality

Asus has got really serious in turning concepts into commercially viable products. First they did it with the Eee Keyboard and now its time for the sliding AIRO notebook. Asus CEO confirmed in an interview that the notebook is looking for a September/October release with a price hovering from $1000 to $1500.
The distinctive feature of AIRO as compared to a conventional notebook is its palm rest area, which can be expanded with the sliding keyboard.
