Sony is definitely facing a tough time to keep the intrinsic details of its hyped Vaio P subnotebook under the wraps. The latest leak sheds some more details on the specifications of the device. The 1.33GHz Intel chip will be from the Atom family, precisely the Z520. The additions to the earlier report are 2GB RAM, GPS, 3G and a hefty price tag of 700 Euros or around $975. Yes, that’s expensive considering you can get its counterpart for less than half Vaio’s price.
