Asus today announced the 904HA Eee PC for the Indian market. This new netbook is an improvement over its predecessor in many aspects. It has an 8.9-inch LED backlit screen running Windows XP and features 1.6GHz Intel N270 Atom processor. The RAM is limited to 1GB only but the hard drive storage is bumped to 160GB as well as 10GB cloud storage located to the user. Other features include 1.3 megapixel camera, Wi-Fi, speakers, mic and a 6-cell Li-Ion battery giving the juice to run for about 7 hours.

Asus will be selling this netbook for a price of Rs. 22,990 ($466) plus taxes.
