But if the convergence still limits you, then you can happily go for Sharp RD-CX150. Looks like a toy laptop but is in fact a power-packed dictionary comprising of over 81 languages. It also has a native voice playback explaining you the meaning as well as some terminology dictionaries and conversation dictionaries.

It costs KRW 215,000 which translates around USD 208. And yes, it also features a MP3 player, text viewer, SD/MMC slot and a bookmark feature.
