Samsung announces a new phone dubbed as Omnia or SGH-i900 which tries to compete with…you guessed it right…the iPhone. There is a large 3.2-inch touchscreen WQVGA display which uses haptic feedback, has got GPS, a 5 megapixel shooter, DivX and many more. The phone runs on WinMo 6.1 Professional OS which makes it effective for business use.

Omnia will find its way first in Korea after which you can expect it in other countries.
