Apple sells Refreshed Macbook filled with Porn

This is one of the bizarre incidents surfaced so far. A customer bought a refreshed macbook from an Apple Store in London for his 11 year old daughter. On powering it up, the desktop was filled with porn images instead of having a clean installed OS.
