Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday dear iPod. Happy Birthday to you. On this very day, way back in 2001, Steve Jobs announced the first iPod which is pictured on the left. It featured monochrome display, scroll wheel, 5GB space and only Mac compatible. Since then it has come a very long way. Apple has sold nearly 68 million iPods and yes, as marked by Jobs before, iPod did change the way we listened to the music.
