There’s no denying that Sony hates homebrews. They will try to curb every possible way of playing any homebrew apps and games on to their PSPs. Fortunately for us, we got enough modders to give us patches which support homebrew apps. And now it seems that Sony will ship their latest PSPs with firmware v2.81 already installed. Here’s a pic showing the box of the latest PSP (not sure if legit) bearing the box code “L” which is denoted for the firmware.
