We cannot confirm the legitimacy of this pic, but it looks like a handheld (maybe a concept) from SEGA. The handheld features a large screen on the front, presuming it to be having a touchscreen interface. No other details as such but “WE RETURN 07″ could be pointing out towards the year 2007.
