Sony has revealed a new DVD player under its brand name, Walkman. The D-VE7000S is a lightweight, portable player with a 7″ widescreen display and can play videos from DVD±R/±RW and DVD±R dual layer discs, CD-R/RW. The player also plays DivX, MP3 and JPEG files.

Apart from this, it has Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS, Walkman headphones, speaker cradle which also doubles up as a charging station. The battery gives a 3 hour play in a single charge.
