Motorola has extended its famous RAZR line with V3m. Its a CDMA phone targeted at music lovers who wants music plus the sleekness of RAZR phones. It will have the option to expand memory with microSD (TransFlash) upto 1GB. In addition it has almost the same specs as of V3i like 1.3MP camera, Bluetooth. It also supports EV-DO.
