According to a report from GamersReport, they say that Xbox 360 in Japan is available at a cheap price of $170 and the game titles advertised are available for $26.

Now if you look at the picture it also shows you the original price alongwith the price with big fonts. A commenter has posted a comment which translated the Japanese ad and terms this as a special price ad.

These are special price, because the store collapsed and end of the fiscal year in PJ.

I don’t know what does that PJ mean but in my verdict too, its a discounted price.
