Its the Mp3 Glares from Evergreen. It has 256 MB of in-built flash memory and can play Mp3 and WMA files. It has a microphone which has the capability to record voice. The memory for voice recorded files is only 32 MB.

It is ideal for Hiking, Snowboarding, Biking etc. You can connect it via USB and it charges itself via the USB port. The sunglasses have Polarized UV400 lenses. It is available in Japan for 12,800 Yen ($110).
